How to set up a Recording Studio

3 Basic Elements in setting up a studio

1. Volume – this is the space you will be working with. It should accommodate all the instruments and the musicians. The ideal measurement is a height of 10 ft an area of 17-20 sq.ft.

2. Shape – the walls of the room must not be parallel to each other so sound energy does not clash, causing the room to vibrate.

3. Acoustics – designing the acoustics of the room will prevent the production of unnecessary sounds. Live studios are popular as of the moment.
