How to make Kapampangan Longganisa Salad

Ingredients:
- Kapampangang Longganisa (Philippine Pork Sausage)
- Onion
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Vinaigrette
- Alfalfa Sprout
- Kesong Puti
Ingredients for vinaigrette:
- White Vinegar
- Corn Oil
- Garlic
- Green onions
- Pepper
- Salt
Procedure:
- Step 1: Chop the Kapampangang longganisa and sauté it.
- Step 2: Chop the onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and kesong puti. Put the lettuce and the veggies in a bowl.
- Step 3: Prepare the vinaigrette. Chop the garlic and put it in a bowl. Add the white vinegar. Put pepper and chopped green onions. Add oil while mixing until it blends in. Season with salt.
- Step 4: Toss the onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and lettuce with the vinaigrette.
- Step 5: Plate and top with Kapampangang longganisa, alfalfa sprout and kesong puti.
